The Beta Sigma Psi National Lutheran Fraternity Board of Directors is updating their strategic and operating plans. As an input to the planning process, we'd like to know what you think about Beta Sigma Psi today and what you think is important for the future.

This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please take this time to share your views. There are some questions about your experiences as an active, but the emphasis is on your views as an alumnus, and your ideas for tomorrow.

To encourage you to take the time to give us your input, there will be a random drawing with prizes awarded. Three names will be selected from survey participants and for each of the three alumni, $500 will be donated in their name to the active chapter, alumni chapter, or other Beta Sigma Psi organization of their choice. If you.d like to complete the survey anonymously, and not participate in the drawing, that is fine too.
