Chad Winterhof

Chad Winterhof is the Immediate Past President of Beta Sigma Psi National Lutheran Fraternity. Prior to being elected the 26th National President, he served as Regional Vice President from August 2000 to August 2002.
Mr. Winterhof is currently into his 4th year as a digital design engineer for Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. His projects have included the Missile Defense System and the next generation of weapon datalinks.
In 2001, Mr. Winterhof graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. He was very active with Memorial Lutheran Church while in Ames. As a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher, Peer Minister, Tuesday Nights Together Leader, and Fraternity Chaplin, he became very passionate about being involved with the church which continues today.
As an active fraternity member, Mr. Winterhof served as 1st Vice President, Scholarship Chair, Chaplin, and Homecoming Chair. At the same time being he was very involved with the fraternity at the national level, coordinating the highly successful Membership Educational Forum and National Basketball Tournament. Now an Alumni Chad serves as the Darryl Jahn Memorial Scholarship Committee Chair and periodically speaks at the chapter.
While Chad is not working or serving Beta Sigma Psi, you can find him playing flag football, soccer, softball, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, or biking to get ready for RAGBRAI. Chad also has a passion for youth, rural education and development, and serving God
